The right people on duty, and the record to prove it.
Set up your staff with the right role and permissions, plan the week’s roster, approve leave, and see who came in and when, against your own shift timings.
Staff management. What it does today.
-
Roles and permissions
Eleven roles, from receptionist and doctor to pharmacist, ward manager and accountant, with permissions added or removed person by person.
-
Shifts and weekly rosters
Define your shifts and publish a weekly roster. Long runs of days or hours are flagged, and staff see their own published schedule.
-
Leave
Annual, sick, casual or unpaid leave with an approval queue. Nobody approves their own leave.
-
On-call and duties
See who is covering tonight, and assign front office, OPD, room or ward duty.
-
Attendance
Staff check in and out themselves, or punches are imported from a biometric device, with unmatched punches sent for review.
-
Monthly attendance sheet
Daily and monthly sheets with present, late, absent, leave, off and holiday, where late follows your shift start and grace period.
Not yet: Payroll. Leave balances. Exporting or printing the attendance sheet. Overtime.
One system, not a bolt-on.
Staff management shares one patient record, one stock count and one staff list with every other HealthEase module, so nothing is typed twice. Turn on the modules you need and pay for what your clinic actually uses.
HealthEase was first built for the Institute of Skin Diseases in Karachi, where it registered more than 3 million visits. How it grew.
Questions, answered plainly.
Does HealthEase mark late arrivals?
Yes. Late is worked out from the shift start plus your grace period, and the monthly sheet shows present, late, absent, leave, off and holiday.
Can it read our biometric machine?
Yes. Punches from a biometric device can be imported, and any that do not match a staff member go to a review list.
Can permissions differ between two receptionists?
Yes. Every role is a starting point, and permissions can be added or removed for one person.
