Stock you can count on, batch by batch.
Every item and batch across your branches, from the purchase order to the shelf. Approvals keep one person from ordering and approving, and every movement stays on a history nobody can edit.
Inventory. What it does today.
-
Stock by batch and branch
Each product shows stock per branch, batches by expiry, and every movement in and out.
-
Purchase orders
Raise, submit and approve purchase orders. The person who raised an order cannot approve it.
-
Goods received
Receive against the order with batch, expiry, cost and price. Expired goods are rejected, and receiving far more than ordered is blocked.
-
Transfers between branches
Send stock from one branch to another. A short delivery creates an adjustment for the difference.
-
Supplier returns
Return damaged, expired or wrong goods to the supplier instead of writing them off.
-
Adjustments with a reason
Every adjustment needs a reason, and a large one waits for a different person to approve it.
-
Expiry alerts and valuation
A list of batches close to expiry, and the live value of your stock by product and category.
Not yet: Automatic low-stock alerts. Automatic reordering. Stock value as of a past date.
One system, not a bolt-on.
Inventory shares one patient record, one stock count and one staff list with every other HealthEase module, so nothing is typed twice. Turn on the modules you need and pay for what your clinic actually uses.
HealthEase was first built for the Institute of Skin Diseases in Karachi, where it registered more than 3 million visits. How it grew.
Questions, answered plainly.
Does HealthEase track batches and expiry?
Yes. Every receipt records batch and expiry, stock is shown by batch, and batches close to expiry are listed so you can act before they expire.
Can stock move between branches?
Yes. Transfers are sent, tracked in transit and received, and any shortfall is recorded.
Who can approve a purchase order?
Anyone with the permission, except the person who raised it.
Can I return goods to a supplier?
Yes. Supplier returns are recorded against the supplier for damaged, expired or wrong goods.
