Does it work without internet?
Yes. The front desk keeps registering patients and printing tokens with no connection. Records are held safely on the device and sync automatically the moment the internet returns.
What hardware do I need?
Any device with a web browser — a phone, tablet or desktop. For tokens and receipts, a standard thermal printer is all you need.
Can I move my old records across?
In most cases, yes. We help you bring existing patient records over during setup so you are not starting from zero.
How is my data kept private?
Every facility runs in its own isolated space — your records are never mixed with another clinic. Access is controlled by role, and sensitive records are encrypted.
