Modules

One record for every patient, from the first visit on.

HealthEase gives every patient one record with a unique MR number. Registration takes seconds, returning patients are found by MR number, and every visit, diagnosis and prescription stays on that record.

Patient management. What it does today.

  • Registration in seconds

Name, gender and marital status are required; age, phone, date of birth, address and city are optional. Saving prints the token.

  • MR number lookup

A returning patient is found by MR number and their details fill in, so nobody is registered twice by accident.

  • Consent on the record

Consent is ticked at registration, and it can be recorded or withdrawn later on the patient’s record.

  • Visit history

Every visit with its diagnoses, prescription and notes, plus a clinical timeline across visits.

  • Corrections that keep the history

Details are edited with a reason, and clinical entries are corrected by adding an addendum, so the original stays on record.

  • Duplicate checks

Possible duplicate records are flagged in a worklist for your team to review.

  • Archive, not delete

A patient can be archived with a reason and brought back later.

Not yet: Merging duplicate records into one (they are flagged for review today). Importing records from another system.

One system, not a bolt-on.

Patient management shares one patient record, one stock count and one staff list with every other HealthEase module, so nothing is typed twice. Turn on the modules you need and pay for what your clinic actually uses.

HealthEase was first built for the Institute of Skin Diseases in Karachi, where it registered more than 3 million visits. How it grew.

Questions, answered plainly.

How does HealthEase find a returning patient?

By MR number. Every patient gets a unique MR number at registration, printed on their slip, and the front desk looks it up on the next visit.

Can patient details be changed?

Yes, with a reason. Clinical entries are corrected by adding an addendum, so the original stays visible.

Is patient consent recorded?

Yes. Consent is captured at registration and can be recorded or withdrawn later on the patient’s record.

Can I bring records over from my old system?

Not automatically yet. You can start with new visits on day one. If you have records in another system, email us and we will tell you what can be brought across.
