Fees and receipts the day sheet can trust.
Take the consultation fee at the desk, add services from your catalog, and print a numbered receipt. A void needs a second person, so the day’s totals stay honest.
Billing. What it does today.
-
Collect the fee
Charges from your service catalog or typed lines, the amount paid, and the change due, then a receipt prints.
-
Your service catalog
Every service with its price. Switch one off instead of deleting it, so past receipts keep their price.
-
Consultation fees
A clinic-wide default fee, and a fee per doctor where it differs.
-
Numbered receipts
Itemised receipts with a barcode, printed on your thermal printer with your logo, and reprinted when needed.
-
Walk-in charges
A receipt for a charge that is not tied to a visit, such as a dressing.
-
Voids need two people
The front desk requests a void with a reason, and an admin or accountant approves or rejects it.
-
Inpatient bills
A running bill for each admission, with deposits and bed days counted automatically.
Not yet: Discounts on OPD receipts (pharmacy discounts are available). Card or bank payments for OPD fees (cash today).
One system, not a bolt-on.
Billing shares one patient record, one stock count and one staff list with every other HealthEase module, so nothing is typed twice. Turn on the modules you need and pay for what your clinic actually uses.
HealthEase was first built for the Institute of Skin Diseases in Karachi, where it registered more than 3 million visits. How it grew.
Questions, answered plainly.
How are receipts kept honest?
Every receipt is numbered, and voiding one needs a reason from the front desk and approval from an admin or accountant.
Can I set a different fee for each doctor?
Yes. There is a clinic-wide default fee and a fee per doctor where it differs.
Does it print on a thermal printer?
Yes. Receipts and tokens print on a standard thermal printer, with your logo and layout.
