The company
Built at the front desk, not in a boardroom.
HealthEase started where clinics actually strain — the registration window on a busy morning — and grew into a system for the whole facility.
The first version of HealthEase ran on one desk at one OPD in Pakistan. The problem was ordinary and unglamorous: a paper register that couldn't keep up with the queue, a token system that started arguments, and a pharmacy counter that only discovered expired stock at month-end.
We fixed the desk first — registration in under a minute, a printed token, a live board everyone could read — and then followed the patient. To the doctor. To the pharmacy. To the ward. Today the same record runs whole facilities, and it still does the one thing that matters most on a Pakistani main road: it keeps working when the internet doesn't.
We build for the people who never asked to become software users — the receptionist, the pharmacist, the ward nurse, the owner checking the day's numbers before closing up. Everything here is measured against their Monday morning.
What we hold to
Three things we don't compromise.
-
Respect the queue
The waiting room is the hardest room in the building. We design for it first.
-
Evidence over adjectives
We show the click path, not the buzzword. Numbers on the page are real and consented.
-
Software that survives load-shedding
If it stops when the power drops, it has failed the front desk. Ours keeps working.
The company behind it
HealthEase is built and operated by Vanta (Private) Limited.
Vanta (Private) Limited is the registered company behind HealthEase — a Pakistani software company building tools that hold up under real load. HealthEase is our healthcare product; the same team stands behind every clinic that runs on it.
