HealthEase now runs whole hospitals, not just the front desk. Read more →

For hospital groups, IT and procurement.

The questions a hospital asks before it signs, answered plainly: how HealthEase is rolled out, how access is controlled, how data is kept apart, and what is not available yet.

What you get, branch by branch.

  • Setup, step by step

A setup checklist walks your team through fees and hours, OPDs, rooms, doctors, front desk staff and printing, and tracks what is done. A clinic is live the same day.

  • Branches

Run several branches in one account, each with its own OPDs, rooms, wards, staff and stock, and see them together in reports.

  • Who sees what

Eleven roles from receptionist to accountant, with permissions added or removed person by person.

  • Screens that lock themselves

An idle session locks after 15 minutes by default, adjustable from 5 to 60, and asks for the password again.

  • Activity history

Your admins can see who did what and when, and download it.

  • Data kept apart

Every clinic’s records are kept separate from every other clinic’s, encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up continuously.

  • Works through outages

Registration, tokens and printing keep working offline and sync when the connection returns.

  • Display boards

Pair any screen with a browser as a queue board for a clinic, an OPD or a room.

Not yet: Single sign-on. Two-factor sign-in. A public API and integrations. A self-serve export of all your data (being built).

Built for volume, from day one.

HealthEase was first built for the Institute of Skin Diseases in Karachi: four counters, 3,000 to 5,000 patients a day, more than 3 million visits over more than two years.

Questions, answered plainly.

How is our data kept separate from other customers?

Every record belongs to one clinic, every request is checked against the clinic the user signed in to, and records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Details are shared in a security review.

How do we control who sees what?

Each person has a role, and permissions can be added or removed for that person. Dashboards and reports are limited by role.

Can we see who changed a record?

Yes. Your admins can see who did what and when, and download the history.

Do you support single sign-on or two-factor sign-in?

Not yet. Sign-in is by email and password, and idle sessions lock themselves.

Can we connect HealthEase to other systems?

Not yet. There is no public API or lab and device integration today. Biometric attendance punches can be imported.

Can we export all our data?

A self-serve export of all your data is being built. Until it is ready, email us and we will help.

How is support provided?

By email at hello@healthease.app.
